What happens if I don’t arrive for my flight?
If you do not show up for a flight we have taken out of inventory, YOUR FLIGHT PASS WILL BE TERMINATED, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.!
Do the airlines themselves offer anything like this?
This isn’t a service that’s openly advertised so therefore there isn’t a website or a pamphlet to read.
Are there refunds?
No. All sales are final.
When the annual flight pass expires will I have a chance to renew the flight pass?
Absolutely. You will get first dibs at renewals when your pass is up.
Can I acquire miles & points with different airlines?
Yes, you will accumulate miles or points when using this flight pass. As long as you have previously set up an account with the airline prior to your flight your points & miles will be added anywhere from 24-48 hours after the flight.
If I need to make changes to my flight who do I contact?
Do not contact the airline or airport asking questions. That’ll get your pass revoked. Contact support@flightpass101.com for questions or assistance.
How long do I need to notify you before I need a flight?
You need to give us a 72 hours notice prior to the day you plan on flying. This gives us time to analyze all options available in order to give you the best available flight according to your preferences.
